This is in no way a biography about Toby as she was affectionately called. This is how she passed. I will write more about how she lived, which is more important~ at a later date. I ask you all for prayers for this lovely lady who was "killed" by a drunk driver. Why not just load a gun and pull the trigger, it has the same affect.

~~A small bit of what I know is she was a warm, caring, compassionate human being who was called home early by God. She leaves behind a devastated family with her untimely death.

Beloved wife of Jacob. Cherished mother of Marc.Adored sister of Betsy and the late Jullian.

She was also former wife of Abraham Cukierwar, who is also on this sight.

In addition Toby was was a loving sister-n-law to Annette,Nolan,Leo,Helene,Moe,Sonia,Gene and Eva.Dear Aunt to Dawn,Terra,Boyd, Rudy, Frances,Alana,Jonathan,Andrew, Eva,Felicia,Alana and Joseph.

While we are mourning the loss of our friend, others are rejoicing to meet her behind the veil. ~John Taylor

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. -- A 55-year-old Staten Island woman was killed in a collision in Stafford, Va., last night, and authorities have charged the other driver -- who was traveling on the wrong side of the road -- with DUI and involuntary manslaughter, according to a published report.

Rachel Benezra was driving her 2005 Chrysler Sebring northbound on I-95 at approximately 7:10 p.m. when a 2010 Mercedes sedan, driven by Vickie Lane Beach, 57, of Stafford, entered the highway traveling in the wrong direction, the Free Lance-Star is reporting.

Ms. Beach drove less than a mile south in the northbound left lane before slamming into Ms. Benezra's vehicle, a Virginia State Police spokesman told the paper.

Ms. Benezra was transported to Mary Washington Hospital, where she died shortly after 10 p.m., according to the report. Ms. Beach was taken to the hospital as well. She has been charged with DUI and involuntary manslaughter, the Free Lance-Star is reporting.

Ms. Benezra is the second Staten Islander to die in the last week in out-of-state incidents authorities believed to be linked to alcohol.

This pray of Kaddish for Dear Toby. Traditional Jewish prayer for those who have entered Eternal Life, but actually would be appropriate to any faith. While Kaddish is traditionally known as a prayer for the dead,it is actually a prayer for the living. It is a prayer that praises God by saying God is above all praise. It is a prayer for the living,a gift of peace to help you carry on.

El malei rachamim shokhen ba-m'romim ha-m'tzei m'nuchah n'khonah tachat kanfei ha-sh'khinah b'ma'alot k'doshim u't'horim c'zohar ha-rakiah maz'hirim l'nishmot yakireinu u'k'dosheinu she-hal'khu l'olamam. ~~~God filled with mercy,
dwelling in the heavens' heights,
bring proper rest
beneath the wings of your Shehinah,
amid the ranks of the holy and the pure,
illuminating like the brilliance of the skies
the souls of our beloved and our blameless
who went to their eternal place of rest.
May you who are the source of mercy
shelter them beneath your wings eternally,
and bind their souls among the living,
that they may rest in peace.
And let us say: Amen~~~
