Kathy Alvarez McCONNELSVILLE — Kathy L. Alvarez, 52, of McConnelsville, passed away Wednesday, March 16, 2011, at the Riverside Country Care Center. She was born Feb. 2, 1959, in Zanesville. She was the daughter of Blanche Marlene Pletcher Parsons and the late Charles Edward Parsons.

Kathy L. Alvarez, 52 of McConnelsville passed
away Wednesday March 16, 2011 at the Riverside
Country Care Center. She was born February 2,
1959 in Zanesville.
She is survived by her mother Blanche Marlene
Pletcher Parsons; two sons, Jeremy Parsons of
Texas and Steven Alvarez also of Texas; one
daughter, Teresa Alvarez of Cleveland; six
grandchildren, Mary and Lily Parsons, Caleb,
Stormy, Brandon, and Anthony Alvarez; one
brother, Charles Parsons of Florida; two
sisters, Valerie Bresett of Texas and Becky
Cockerham; and several nieces, nephews, and
cousins.
She was preceded in death by her father,
Charles Edward Parsons; one brother, Fred
Parsons; and one sister, Lena Thompson.
Kathy’s wishes were to be cremated and no
services will be observed. Arrangements are
