Bruce L. Ambs, Kalamazoo Age 59, passed away Monday, April 4, 2016.
Bruce was born in Kalamazoo on December 5, 1956. He graduated from Parchment High School and served our country honorably in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War.
Bruce owned and operated his own business, Ambs Enterprises for many years.
He is survived by his mother, Louise Ambs; brother, Bud (Hope) Powers; special friend; Kelly Walker and many extended family members.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 11, 2016, at 11:00 AM at the funeral home, with Rev. Herb Hutchinson officiating. Interment with military honors will follow at Ft. Custer National Cemetery.
Visiting hours will be held at the funeral home on Sunday, April 10, 2016, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Wounded Warriors Project, c/o of the funeral home.
