Margaret Moss Apperson
February 6, 1930 - May 6, 2016

Margaret Moss Apperson, of Suffolk, was reunited with her beloved husband in Heaven following a lengthy illness on Friday, May 6, 2016 at the age of 86 years. She was born on February 6, 1930 to the late James and Mae (formerly Jarvis) Moss in West Virginia.

In addition to her parents, Margaret was preceded in death by her husband Charles D. Apperson, Sr.

Left to cherish Margaret’s memory are her children Juanita (son-in law Mark) Anonsen, Charles (daughter-in-law Sheila) Apperson, Jr., and Sharon Apperson; grandchildren Eric (Nicole) Anonsen, and Amanda (John) Hoehn; great-grandchildren Katerina Anonsen, Alistar Hoehn, and Elora Hoehn; and numerous other family and friends.

Visitation for Margaret will be held on Friday, May 13, 2016, at First Baptist Church (237 N. Main St. Suffolk, VA) from 1 PM until time of Funeral Service at 2 PM. Graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 14, 2016 at Graham Cemetery (14191 Constitution Highway Orange, VA) at 2 PM (please meet us at the cemetery).

In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to Dan Best at Appalachian Bible College or the Alzheimer’s Association. To continue honoring Margaret’s legacy by contributing to either fund, please click the highlighted text above.
