Mrs Ethel L Allison, of 2871 Urban Avenue, Columbus, GA, died Friday at the Medical Center in Columbus.
She was born December 2, 1934 in LaGrange, GA, daughter of Howard Jackson and Annie P Smith Burton.
She was a cosmetologist and attended Shady Grove Baptist Church.
Survivors include 5 sons, David Allison Jr, Kenneth M Allison, Stanley Allison, Jeffrey Allison, Jerome (Carolina) Allison, all of Columbus; 3 daughters, Sharon (Major) McClendon of Columbus and Patricia (Rickey) Stanford, both of COlumbus and Valerie Allison of Teaneck, NJ; 18 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; 2 sisters, Irma J (William) Pryor of Chicago, IL, and Blanche Ross of Columbus.
