Jacob M. Ambrosch, age 22, of Germantown Hills, IL, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, November 5, 2009. Jacob was born June 15, 1987 in Peoria to Douglas and Kelli (Kramer) Ambrosch.

Jacob is survived by his parents and brothers Joshua and Jared.

Jacob was a 2005 graduate of Metamora Township High School. He was a four-year varsity wrestler where he was Co-Captain, and also participated in golf and baseball.

Jacob was presently working two jobs: house construction during the day and El Sombrerito Restaurant in E. Peoria at night.

He was member of St. Mary's Lourdes Catholic Church.

Those who knew Jacob were fortunate, as he never met a stranger and had a heart of gold. We will all miss his smile.

Cremation Rites Accorded.

"They are not dead who live in lives they leave behind; In those whom they have blessed, they live a life again, And shall live, through the years, Eternal life, and grow each day more beautiful As time declares their good, Forgets the rest, and prove."
