Shelby Jean Brock, 75, of Morningview, went home to be with the Lord Sunday, March 16, 2014 at Hospice of St. Elizabeth, Edgewood,KY She was a retired housekeeper for St. Elizabeth-South. She was preceded in death by her parents Jess and Rushia Crider Kinder; husband Jesse Brock in 2000; brothers Gene and Ernest Kinder and sister Lois May Peace. She is survived by sons Don (Sherry) Brock of Florence and Tim (Lisa) Brock of Williamstown; daughters Melinda Ford of Morningview and Elizabeth (Scott) Lyons of Burlington; sisters Agnes Strunk of Michigan, Juanita Winger of Minnesota, Lela Pauline Burgess of Harlan, KY and Evelyn Jones of Orlando, FL., also survived by 13 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Visitation 6-9 PM on Thursday, March 20 and funeral 11 AM Friday, March 21 all at Community Family Church, 11875 Taylor Mill Rd., Independence. Interment Independence Cemetery.
