Andy was born May 5, 1977, at Pontiac, the son of Robert A. and Katherine E. (Schramm) Wallrich. Andy is survived by his parents,rural Chatsworth; one brother, Bryan A. Wallrich, Dallas, Texas; his sister, Lisa L. Wallrich, Normal; paternal grandparents, Ray and Lois Wallrich, rural Chatsworth; maternal grandparents, Monard and Agnes Schramm, cullom; maternal great-grandmother, Elsie Schramm, Shoals, Ind; his girlfriend, Tricia Meier, Ashkum; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
His maternal great-grandfather and his paternal great-grandparents preceded him in death.
Mr.Wallrich attended Tri-Point Grade School and was a 1995 graduate of Tri-Point High School, Cullom. He later attended MacMurray College, Kankakee Community College and Parkland Junior College.
Mr. Wallrich was a union laborer and worked as a landscaper.
He was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Cullom.
While in high school, he was active in sports, especially basketball.
The family suggests memorials be made to the Andy Wallrich Basketball Memorial Fund.
