DEATH OF WILLIAM COPELAND
William Copeland conductor on the Southern Railway, died at home on Spragins street yesterday. He was fifty-nine years old and was conductor with the Memphis & Charleston and Southern Railroads thirty-eight years. His record is one that is equalled by but few railroad men and he was held in high esteem by all who knew him. He leaves a widow and eight children. The funeral will be conducted this afternoon at 3 o'clock from the residence by Rev. W. M. Murray, pastor of the First Baptist Church.

All of his family were buried in Maple Hill Cemetery except for two of his daughter's, Josephine and Tillie. They are buried at Sunny Lane in Oklahoma City
