Mrs. Lois McCleskey Allen, age 71, of Centerville died Tuesday, March 19, 1985, at Doctors Hospital at Little Rock. She was a member of the United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Bale Allen; a son, Jimmy Jack Sullivant; a stepson, Jimmy Allen of Texas; two brothers, Dr. E. W. McCleskey of Pocahontas and Lawton McCleskey of Missouri; five sisters, Ernestine Suggs of North Little Rock, Lora George of Ola, Leona Heffington of Colorado, Hermoyne Suggs of Belleville and Elwanda Williams of Malvern; four grandchildren, a step-grandson and two great grandchildren.
Funeral will be at 10:30 a. m. Friday at Belleville United Methodist Church by the Rev. Luther Riddle. Burial will be in Russell Cemetery by Dixon Funeral Home of Danville. Active pallbearers will be Dr. Ernest Williams, Robert Williams, Don Spears, Jim Edd Suggs, Charles Carrouth and Arthur Maranda. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p. m.
