Ewald J Goerty, 26, of 428 West 56th Street, New York, died in Princeton Hospital today from injuries received in an automobile collision on the Brunswick Pike near the Rockefeller Institute four miles from here.
Goertz was riding in an automobile, driven by his brother, Eitel. The accident occurred shortly after midnight. The body was viewed by Coroner Kemp. James Vanderwort, who said he lived at 72 West 13th Street, New York, driver of the other car, was arrested on a charge of manslaughter. Eitel Goertz is in Princeton Hospital with cuts and bruises.
