Arthur Ogden Barnhart was born to Lula May Asbury Barnhart and Francis (possibly Robert) Barnhart in Kansas (possibly Wichita). When Arthur was a young boy Francis abandoned his wife and 3 sons. The 3 boys spend much of their young lives with their Grandparents - Overly Barton Asbury and Sallie Ann Barger Asbury. I am missing a lot of details about their lives. My Grandfather was Arthur "Barney's" brother - John Willis Barnhart, they also had a brother Leroy Francis "Pete" Barnhart. Arthur married Ruby Pearl Brown and they eventually moved to California. I remember my great uncle Art "Barney" very fondly. Rest in Peace.
