She married Elias Blundell on June 16, 1876 in Walkerton, Bruce, Ontario. Of this union, 4 children were born. The first 3, Georgina b. 1877, Henrietta, b. 1879 and Stanley b. 1882 were born in Brant, Bruce, Ontario. This young family then immigrated to West Branch, Ogemaw, Michigan, USA where their last daughter Wilhelmina was born in 1884.
Sometime after her husband Elias passed away, Minnie moved to Cheboygan, Michigan and ran a boarding house for the remainder of her years.
