Daughter of Lewis Berry and Mahala (Washburn) Berry who were married in Henry County KY 1855. Mahala was the daughter of Samuel Washburn. Lewis Berry in US Census of Knox County in 1860, died November 16, 1860. Mahala later married Thomas J. Morris. Ollie Kate 1st married Thomas E. Throckmorton, he and two children died buried Newark Cemetery. One daughter Katherine Thomas (Throckmorton) Rodaway survived. Second marriage of Ollie Kate to Willis E. Anderson October 2, 1888.
