Mrs. Binkley was born in Little Falls, N. Y., February 11, 1830, and moved to Ohio in her childhood. She was a member of the First Methodist church of Troy for more than sixty years. She is survived by one son, Otho Binkley, and a daughter, Mrs. F. M. Sterrett. The funeral was held at 2:30 p.m. from the residence of her daughter, Mrs. F. M. Sterrett, and was conducted by Rev.
