Brenda, 57, passed away unexpectedly at her residence. She was the daughter of Gerald D. and Kathleen (Boatman) Hewitt. On August 16,2003, she married David Lee Sanders, who preceded her in death on April 16, 2009.
Brenda was a 1978 graduate of Logansport High School, Logansport, Indiana. She was formerly employed at Small Parts in Logansport.
She was a member of Lucerne Christian Church, Lucerne, Indiana. Brenda enjoyed cooking and taking care of her beloved pets.
Brenda is survived by her father; sisters, Karen H. (Steven) Quillen, and Suze (Mike) Reynolds; 3 nieces; and 2 nephews.
She was also preceded in death by her mother.
A memorial service was held for Brenda on June 3, 2016, at Marocco-Rans Funeral Chapel, with Pastor Dirk Raderstorf officiating.
