Born on September 24, 1947 in Clymers, Indiana, she was the daughter of Raymond Taylor and Ruth Esther (Nipple) Lacey.
Janet retired as a book keeper for the Warsaw Foundry in Warsaw, IN.
Survivors include one son, Todd E. Winegardner, Ligonier; one daughter,Lori (Rodney) Martel, Texas; two sisters, Marcia (Harold) Appleton, Walton; Carol Fisher, Logansport; six grandchildren and one great grandchild.
She is preceded in death by one brother and three sisters.
A private family burial will be held in the Clymers Cemetery at a later date.
