Charles S. Frank, 56, passed away at 3:40 a.m. on Tuesday, November 1, 2011, at Memorial Hospital in Logansport.
Chuck was the son of Charles C. and George Ann (Roach) Frank. He was a 1973 graduate from Logansport High School and he had been a welder at Transco for 21 years.
He is survived by two daughters, his mother, a grandmother, two brothers, a sister, and four grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father.
