Theodore Bumann, inventor and manufacturer, died at his home here Tuesday morning, aged 67 [sic] years. The funeral will be held Thursday morning at English Lutheran church, and interment in Elmwood cemetery. Rev. Mr. Otto will officiate.
Mr. Bumann built a business which extended to all parts of the globe, and invented and patented over twenty-five articles. He was one of the foremost of Litchfield's citizens.
