Alva M. (Craddock) Kidger, age 86, of Rose City and Englewood, FL, passed away at Bortz Health Care in Rose City. She was a founding member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the VFW in Rose City, a member of the Rebekah's and was a UAW member and union representative for Local #651. She was an artist and she enjoyed golfing.

Mrs. Kidger is survived by her sons, Carl Craddock and Brent Craddock both of Englewood, FL, 3 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. Also surviving is her brother, Leonard (Norene) Fox of Battle Creek, MI, and her sisters, Helen Booth of Benton Harbor, MI and Evadell Miller of Rose City, MI and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Kidger.

Visitation at the Steuernol & McLaren Funeral Home in Rose City, MI will begin on Saturday, October 14, 2006 at 12:30 p.m. until the time of the Memorial Service at 1:30 p.m. Rev. Donald Wojewski will officiate.
