My grandfather's brother on my mother's side, Warren lived his entire life in the southwest corner of Missouri. He never got over his beloved wife's early death, but the family never knew why he ended his life behind the barn with a shotgun. He left no note. I hope he is happily reunited with his wife now and knows eternal happiness.

Some recently found genealogy records mention a marriage to Ruby Bohannon, who apparently died in 1919. Before this, I only knew her first name. A relation of mine said that she had heard that Warren never recovered from the death of his young wife and that is why he ultimately ended his own life.
