Anna was one of seven children of Anna Sophia (Gustaveson) and Carl Magnus Hanson, who married in 1863. Both parents and children were all born in Gottenberg, Brastad, Sweden. Carl immigrated to Washington in 1883 and Sophia and the children arrived in 1885. Their daughter, Anna, married John Adolph Anderson, also a native of Sweden, in 1903, in Washington, probably in King County. They settled in Enumclaw, King County, WA. where John worked at the White River Lumber Company operating the saws by 1920. They never had children, but they owned their own home in Enumclaw and were married until they passed away within months of each other in 1951, having been happily married about 47 years. They are buried together at the Tacoma Cemetery and are together forever in Heaven, I'm sure.
