Married wife Mildred Sept.9, 1951∼Lawren K. Arnold, 88, passed away on Wednesday, April 6, 2016 at Parkview Hospital - Randallia, Fort Wayne. Born in Adams County, he was the son of the late Noah and Florence (Zimmerman) Arnold. He was a member of New Haven United Methodist Church and the New Haven Lions Club. He also served his country as a civil service technician in the 122 Fighter Wing Indiana Air National Guard for 34 years, retiring in 1986.
He is survived by his children, Keith (Josephine) Arnold of Crown Point, Douglas (Regina) Arnold of Woodburn, Cynthia (Douglas) Kalko of Chandler, AZ, and Robin (William) Rowland of New Haven; siblings, Sherman (Barbara) Arnold of Fort Madison, IA and Patricia Roth of Union City; and grandchildren, Brandon Arnold, Rachelle (David) Benson, Zachary Kalko, Avery Arnold, and Amy Rowland. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Mildred Arnold in 2011; twin brother, Warren Arnold; and sister, Beverly Ellenberger.
Funeral service is 10 a.m. Friday at E. Harper & Son Funeral Home, 740 St. Rd. 930 E., New Haven with calling 1 hour prior to service. Pastor Chuck Fenwick officiating. Calling is also 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial in Pleasant Dale Cemetery, Decatur.
