A graveside service for Mrs Ordella Abraham, 64, Pontiac route 2, was held at 1:30pm Sunday at Rowe Cemetery, rural Pontiac, with Pastor Craig Wagner of the First Lutheran Church of Pontiac officiating. The wake was held Saturday evening at Raleigh J Harris Funeral Home in Pontiac. Mrs Abraham died at 3:35pm Friday, June 10,1988 at St James Hospital after a two year illness. She was born Dec 10,1923, at Pontiac, a daughter of Clifford and Margaret (Lamie) Atteberry. She married Ernest E Abraham on Jan 22,1942 at Rowe. Educated in Pontiac grade school and high schook, she was employed in the dietary departmebt of Humiston Haven before her illness She was a member of the First Lutheran Church of Pontiac. Surviving are her husband, one daughter, Karen Weierman, New Lenox; one sone, William E, Pontiac; one brother, Richard Atteberry, Fairbury; one sister Wanda Thorne, Odell; and 3 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and 1 brother. The family suggests memorials to First Lutheran Church of Pontiac or the ALS Association.
