Funeral services were held at the Trinity Reformed Church in Orange City at 10 A.M., December 27 for Kenneth Lee Aalberts, age 40, of Orange City, who died at an Orange City Nursing Home December 24th after a long illness.

Services were conducted by the Reverend Donald Lenderlink and burial was in West Lawn Cemetery at Orange City.

Kenneth L. Aalberts, the son of Gerrit and Jeanette (Van Veldhuizen) Aalberts, was born June 7, 1934 in Sherman Township, Sioux County, near Orange City. He married Lorraine Gayer June 7, 1960 at Rock Valley. They had since lived in Orange City.

Survivors include the widow; a daughter, Kerri, and a son, David, both at home; his father, Garrett, of Orange City; a brother, John D., of Haclenda Heights, California;and three sisters, Mrs. Claude (Betty) Vander Zwaac of Hull and Mrs. Alvin (Arlene) Bomgaards and Mrs. Rudy (Beverly) Grienke, both of Orange City.
