Obituary Molly Owens Carr, 55, of Huffman, passed away Monday, February 4, 2013. She was born August 31, 1957 in Baytown to Kenneth W. Owens and Sylvia Y. Gilbert Owens. Molly grew up in Channelview, graduating from Channelview High School in 1974, has worked as a Service Operations Manager for Coventry Health Care, Inc. for the last 17 years and attended the Triumph Christian Center. The things that Molly loved most were a breezy summer day at the beach with good friends, a good book, fishing, road trips with good friends and most of all, time with the family, especially the grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth W. Owens; sister, Cheryl Owens; nieces, Stephanie Emerson and Martie Menge and a nephew, Kenneth Muirhead. Survivors include her mother, Sylvia Y. Owens; brother, James "J.T." Owens; children, Hank R. Carr, Kelsey Carr and Robin Fisher; grandchildren, James Chase McMullen, Baylee Y. McMullen and Bryce A. Dinsmore; niece, Jana Pizzo; nephew, Jason Muirhead and his wife Lavender and many other nieces, nephews, family and close friends. Also surviving are special uncle and aunt, Kenneth and Annie Marie Gilbert, special uncle, James Gilbert and special cousins, Kenny, Kathy and Kyle Gilbert. She also leaves behind, forever friends, Kari D. LeFeat, Pamela Swearingen, Melanie Wells, Jean Kurz and Karen Green Ramsey. THESE FRIENDS FOREVER NEVER LEFT HER SIDE. One or more made every doctor appointment. Those that couldn't make the appointments cooked and cleaned for her. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 9, 2013 at Triumph Christian Center 21758 E Hammond Drive, Porter, Texas 77365 (281) 354-5683. Pastor Phil Meadows will officiate.
