Though celebrating his going home to the Lord, still grieving their loss are his loving wife of 24 years Deborah Stidham Anderson (also a Native Texan from Bryan) residing in Lewisville; his daughter Kristin and husband, Zack Welton; his son Daniel and wife, Nell Blokkum Anderson; and grandchildren Finley and Myles Welton and Reagan Anderson; his mother and step-father Jeanelle and James Sims; sister Anita and Jim English; brother Jerry and Susie Anderson; and brother-in-law Joseph E. Scott and family.
Ronnie was born to Jeanelle and his late father Harold Anderson in Childress TX on April 27, 1950, but he grew up in Dallas and was a 1968 graduate from Bryan Adams High School. Later in 1968, he joined the United States Marine Corps and achieved the rank of Sergeant E 5 during his tour in Vietnam.
Upon completion of his military duty he was schooled and certified by TDLR as an air conditioning and refrigeration technician and joined his step-father James and brother Jerry in the formation of Three-in-One Sheet Metal, Inc. He worked in the HVAC business until he retired.
Ronnie enjoyed life! His hobbies included wind surfing, motorcycling, kayaking, camping, reading, organic gardening and water conservation. He had a mischievous sense of humor and enjoyed teasing until he got a satisfactory response and then would say with a grin, "I'm just messin' with you." He wanted to be, and was, an organ donor.
