I think this is the daughter of Bedford and Jessie (Creech) Bowman.
The 1930 U.S. Census for District 3, Breathitt County, show; Margarette O. Bowman, age 6, Daughter, in the household of Bedford and Jessie Bowman.
The 1940 U.S. Census for Macomb County, Michigan, does not show a Margarette O., or a Margaret Bowman in the household of Bedford and Jessie Bowman.
Margaret's stone show her as being born in 1924 which would make her 6 years old in 1930, the stone shows that she died in 1939 and she is not listed on the 1940 Census when she would have been 16 years old.
