Husband of Vivian Lucille (Thorne) Bullock, father of Richard Nathaniel Bullock, Jr. and Randal Lee Bullock. Grandfather of Noah, Kamian, Ryan and Johnathan. Rich was an Army medic in World War II and served in the Po River Valley in Italy. He was the recipient of the Bronze Star for bravery. Later in life, he and his brother Russ started Bullock's Delicatessen in San Luis Obispo. This was sold to Sandy Laguina and is still in business as "Sandy's". Rich was a good and kind person.
