Spencer was diagnosed with pilocytic, pilomyxoid astrocytoma (brain & spinal cord cancer) in January 2013 at the age of 15 months. He passed away in his mother's and father's arms at 1:50 PM on Thursday, April 2nd, 2015 at the age of 3.
