Maxine is survived by two sons, one daughter, a sister, eight grandchildren and one great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John, her parents and four brothers and four sisters. Maxine worked as a homemaker, holding many part time jobs since her teen years, notably Inkman's IGA and Denney's Produce. She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church and the Fraternal Order of Eagles for many years.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, April 30, 2017 at the Davis Funeral Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday May 1, 2017 at St Paul Lutheran Church. Burial will follow in the Sunset Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be given to St. Paul Lutheran School for scholarships.
