William O. Haynes Of Ben Wheeler Dies
CANTON, (Spl.) William Otis Haynes, 67, resident of Ben Wheeler, died at 1:30 a.m. Tuesday in Waxahachie hospital. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. at Ben Wheeler Methodist Church by Rev's L.S. Williams, Bill Draper, and Cooper. The burial will be in Prairie Springs Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Shad McNeil, T. G. Cantrell, Arnold Butler, Alvin Howell, Tom Shebert, and Roy Land. Mr. Haynes is survived by his wife, Alice Haynes of Ben Wheeler; one son, Rev. Robert Haynes of Waxahachie; two daughters, Mrs. John Dickie of Irving and Mrs.
George Zombola of San Antonio; three stepchildren, Jack Stanger, Ben Wheeler, Canales Stanger, Baytown, and Mrs. Eufaula Butler of Ben Wheeler; three brothers, Jim Haynes of Grapeland; Jack Haynes of Crockett; and Harvey Haynes of Palestine; six sisters, Mrs. Mary Lamb, Wills Point, Mrs. Carrie Yelvington of St. Louis, Mrs. Susie Barnett of Bay City; Mrs. Rodia Kyle of Houston; Mrs. Fannie Newborn of Tupelo, La.; and Mrs. Ruby Chambless of Houston; three grandchildren.
