Age 92, a longtime resident of Wilmington, DE, died on August 27, 2010.

Born in Ceres, Virginia to Lanze and Jessie Duncan, Kathleen moved to Wilmington 70 years ago. For many years, she operated her own beauty parlor out of the basement of her Washington Street home. Although she never advertised her business, she had a broad clientele and felt privileged to serve many Wilmington ladies. Kathleen was a member of Aldersgate United Methodist Church and the Ruth Chapter of the Order of Eastern Star.

Her husband of 68 years, Ralph P. Hall died in 2006. Kathleen's survivors include her niece, Linda Schwaitzberg; her nephew, Douglas Flynn and his family; grand-niece Dianna Vejar; and cousins, Betty and Amanda Sadler.

A service will be held at 11 am, Thursday, September 2, at Aldersgate United Methodist Church. Burial in the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery will be private.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to Aldersgate United Methodist Church, 2313 Concord Pike, Wilmington, DE 19803.
