A veteran of World War II, he was a member of Trinity Council No. 3132 and the Cardinal Dougherty General Assembly.
Survivors include his wife, the former Helen R. Sanders; a daughter, Suzann Boyle; a son, Eugene John Dolan; two brothers, William and Joseph; three sisters, Helen Montgomery, Dolores Civitella and Cathrine Jenkins; and four grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial was to be celebrated today at St. Callistus Church, 67th Street and Lansdowne Avenue. Burial will be in SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Sproul and Crum Creek roads, Marple Township, Delaware County.
