Mr. Blair was born in the Indian Territory of Newkirk, OK. He was a former Superintendent of United Press News Service. As a television pioneer, he was the Founder and President of Blair Television. Mr. Blair was also a former Director of Twin City State Bank and was known thru his Ham Radio call letters WØJB. He was preceded in death by his wife of 58 years, Viola F. Blair in 1980. He is survived by his daughter, Virginia Blair Wiley and her husband, Capt. Eugene Wiley USAF/Ret.; granddaughter, Sharon Wiley Higgins and her husband, Tom of Denver, CO; grandson, Capt. Gary P.
