Meleah Joan Moore age 53 of Old Lowell Mill Rd., Carrollton passed away Wednesday, January 6, 2010. She was born August 18, 1956 in Heard County (should read Douglas County), Ga. to the late Charles Howard Moore and Annie Janette Burnette Moore. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by a sister Jan Prince and a grandson Skylar Wayne Chapman. Survivors include her children Chad Swafford of Carrollton, Nicholas Scott Swafford of Villa Rica and Jena Rebekka Kilgore of Roopville, sister Sherri Camp of Winston and a brother Anthony Bradford of Hickory, NC also surviving are seven grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, January 9, 2010 at 3:00PM from Martin & Hightower Heritage Chapel. Interment will follow in Carrollton City Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday from 5:00 until 8:00PM.
