Henry James is the son of Henry Green Lear (7/1/1854 - 3/26/1929) and Clotile Roberson (1/10/1863 - 12/17/1885). They were married 9/19/1878 in Natchitoches, Louisiana. He was the 1st born out of his 10 children in Shreveport, Louisana; Caddo Parish . He was 2 when his mom passed. After Clotile passed, he married Martha Hamlin and they had Dorothy, Martha Beulah, Craig Elwood, Earnest Green (Bud), William Atlee, Mary Green, Joseph Dewey, Ruthie, and Thomas Calvin. This is my mother's uncle, my great uncle. He is a brother of my grandfather Thomas Calvin Lear. He died at the age of 82.
