James(Jim)grew up in Al.,but as a young man moved to Illinois where he met and married the love of his life,Shirley Henson.While in Il.,Shirley gave birth to two wonderful boys,Michael & Brad (Yank).After living in Il. for many years,Jim wanted to move back to his hometown of Scottsboro,Al.His son Michael now lives in Woodville with his wife,Brenda and their two daughters,Barbara & Christine.
Grandaughter Barbara has given Jim a great-grandaughter,Lexie..

In addition to these family members,Jim leaves behind several brothers,sisters,half brothers,half sisters,many cousins and many,many close friends.
