Minnie was the daughter of Sampson and Lucy Oliver Mullins, and the wife of Charlie Spratt. Her parents, sister, husband, and son all precede her in death. She professed faith in God at an early age and united with New Jerusalem Baptist Church in Axtell, TX. Later she united with Jones Chapel, which is now Wesley United Methodist Church. Minnie leaves to cherish her loving memory: a devoted grandson and wife, Abdul and Fatima Bashir; a step sister, Bertha Boone; two nephews, Marvin and Robert Mullins; a God Sister, Lena Dunlap; devoted neighbor, Sam Wiley; devoted sister and friend, Zenora Kendrick; nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Minnie worked in the homes of the Hudson, Overby, Shelton and Wood families. These families remained faithful and devoted friends of Minnie until her death.
