COCOA: Walter Gino Antonio, 61, a security guard [and Brevard County Reserve Deputy], died Monday, Nov. 19.
Mr. Antonio came to Brevard County 30 years ago from Granite City, Ill. A native of Italy, Mr. Antonio was a U.S. Army veteran, a member of the Merritt Island Moose Lodge, and a volunteer firefighter in Brevard.
Survivors include his fiancée Alean Berry of Cocoa and her four children, nine grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren; his mother Edna Jackson of Granite City; and four sisters in Illinois.
Calling hours are 4 to 7 p.m. today at Brevard Memorial Home in Frontenac. Services are 2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
