Local cable television legend. Jim Spagg was a notorious cable TV show host in Portland Oregon who fought for freedom of speech and expression. Some people didn't like his show because of its content, but he also had quite a fan base. He served in the Marines during Vietnam, and ran for mayor of Portland, Oregon. He was a nonconformist who openly fought for 1st Amendment rights via his television show, personal appearances, website and writings.
