Graveside memorial services for Mr. T.R. Chandler, 90, of Ringgold, Louisiana were held at 11:30 a.m., Monday, March 20, 2006 at Centuries Memorial Cemetery, with Rev. Carl Word officiating, and under direction of Rocket Funeral Home of Ringgold.
Mr. Chandler was born July 21, 1915 in Claiborne Parish, Louisiana, and passed away March 18, 2006. He was preceded in death by his father, Johnnie Chandler, his first wife, Flora Jiles Chandler, his second wife, Essie Lee Bartlett Chandler, and one daughter, Rebecca Elizabeth.
He is survived by two sons, James Edward Chandler and his wife Peggy of Dallas, Texas, and Bobby Chandler and his wife Nora of Forkland, Alabama; one brother, Milton Chandler of California; one sister, Rose Chandler Royals of Texas; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
