Funeral for Ralph Burton Holt Sr., 74, of Bridgeport was Feb. 11 at Jones Family Funeral Home in Bridgeport. Rick Cooper officiated.
Burial followed at Aurora Cemetery.
Holt died Thursday, Feb. 7, 2008, in Bridgeport.
He was born July 27, 1933, in Fort Worth to Houston and Ruth Holt.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Sheila Holt, and a grandson, Dale Robertson.
He is survived by two sons, Ralph B. Holt Jr. of Bridgeport and Willie S. Holt of Decatur; three daughters, Debra Kay Short and Stacey L. Clayton, both of Decatur, and Shelly L. Thuringer of Colorado; 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
