Retired company manager Henry "Harry" Agricola, 92, of Henry died Thursday, Dec. 5, 2013, at Henry County Healthcare Center.

His wife, Martha Frank Agricola, survives. They were married on June 16, 1946.

His funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Holy Cross Catholic Church.

The Rev. Kris Rusin will officiate. Burial will follow in Memorial Cemetery.

Members of Knights of Columbus will serve as pallbearers.

Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, with a rosary said at 7:30 p.m., at Ridgeway Funeral Home.

Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., on Sept. 26, 1921, he was the son of the late Henry Agricola Sr. and the late Edith Geitz Agricola.

He retired after 34 years as manager of Worth Supply Co. in New York. A member of American Legion, Agricola was a U.S. Navy-Air Force World War II veteran.

As a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church, he served on the finance council for several years and as Eucharist minister and usher. He was a member of the church's prayer group and served on the Oktoberfest committee for several years.

He also did maintenance work for the church and was past grand knight of Knights of Columbus.

Besides his wife, he leaves two daughters: Jean Marie (Ed) Denk of Coral Springs, Fla., and Nancy (David) Luik of Oakland, Mich.; one son: Donald (Denise) Agricola of Henry; one sister: Edith Van Nostrand of Henry; four grandchildren: Leanne Agricola, Katie Nelson, Jennifer Passino and Eddie Denk; and four great-grandchildren.

He also was preceded in death by a sister: Myra Tafuro.
