BUNCH, LAURA ROGERS
Died Tuesday, Dec. 1, 1992, at Grace Nursing Home, Clinton. She was 86, a native of Pine Grove and a longtime resident of Bluff Creek. Visiting was held at Charlet Funeral Home, Clinton, 5 to 9 p.m. Wednesday. Visiting at the funeral home chapel, 8:30 a.m. until religious services at 10 a.m. Thursday, conducted by the Rev. Marshall Paine, the Rev. Michael McCarty Townsend and the Rev. Darwin Brecheen. Burial in Bluff Creek Community Cemetery. Survived by five sons, George T. Bunch, Clinton, Carl E. Bunch, Bluff Creek, Watson T. Bunch, Greenwell Springs, Jerry D. Bunch, Bluff Creek, and Harry M. Bunch, Baton Rouge; 16 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandson. Preceded in death by husband, T.D. "Tash" Bunch; two infant sons; a grandson, J.J. Bunch; parents, Will and Ella Curtis Rogers; two brothers, Morris and Newman Rogers; and two sisters, Margie Bell and Hazel Summers. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers. She was a longtime member of Bluff Creek United Methodist Church.
