Died Wednesday morning, Oct. 8, 1986, at her residence near LSU. She was 24, a native of Baton Rouge. Visiting at Charlet Funeral Home, Clinton, 3 to 9 p.m. Saturday and after noon Sunday. Religious services at 3 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, conducted by the Rev. Randy Nichols and the Rev. Richard Jones. Burial in Masonic Cemetery, Clinton.

Survived by parents, Clay M. and Sandra Pratt Samson, Clinton; two brothers, Clay M. "Matt" Samson Jr. and James R. "Ricky" Samson, both of Austin, Texas; two sisters-in-law, Amy Vidrine and Nancy Allgood Samson, both of Austin; a step-grandfather, Bob Atkinson, Baton Rouge; aunts and uncles, Beth Cumbie, Mr. and Mrs. Richard and Joanne Guidry and James A. Pratt, all of Baton Rouge.

Pallbearers will be Murray Burch, Joel Norsworthy, Paul St. Amand, Michael Matthews, Bill Lawson, and Dean Guidry.

She was a member of Clinton Presbyterian Church and Uniting Campus Ministry. Memorial donations may be made to V.O.A.
