Anna Elizabeth Owen Hall Decker was a homemaker. Her first husband was Tunis Hall by whom she was widowed and had one son, George E. Hall. She is buried in an unmarked grave next to her second husband, Zachary Taylor Decker. She was also the mother of Zachariah Erastus Decker and the adopted mother of Ada Belle Merriott Decker DeNota.

Mr. Decker has a United States government issued grave marker for his service in the U.S. Army during the U.S. Civil War (16th Kansas Cavalry).

She was the daughter of the fine American patriot Jonathan A. Owen of Co. K, 23rd Michigan Volunteer Infantry, U.S. Army, who gave his life in the service of his country in the last days of the Civil War, and Margaret Brayman Owen Hoyer.
