WAYNE GUNYAN--Funeral services for Wayne Benjamin Gunyan, 14, of 214 K St., Rock Springs, were held Friday, June 30, at the Vase Funeral Home with the Rev. Michael Butler officiating.Rosary was recited Thursday, June 29, at the Vase Funeral Chapel and burial was in the Mountain View Cemetery. The pallbearers were Ron Gunyan, Myron Gunyan, Mike Gunyan, Richard Gunyan, Tom Paden, Wesley Shedden, Harvey Kettering and Floyd Jennings Jr. He died at 10 p.m. Tuesday at the LDS Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah of a gunshot wound. He was born August 21, 1963 in Rock Springs, the son of Ronald Leo and Rosetta Manlove Gunyan of Rock Springs. He would have been an eighth grader this fall.In addition to his parents, he is survived by four brothers, Ronald Gunyan, Myron Gunyan, Richard Gunyan and Mike Gunyan of Rock Springs; four sisters, Mrs. Tom (Sharon) Paden of Casper, and Mrs. Floyd (Frances) Jennings, Bernadette and Lillian Gunyan, all of Rock Springs; his maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Manlove of Quincy, Ill. Several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive. He was a member of the SS. Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church.
