Debie Grew up in Norwalk Ct and lived in Bethel, CT for many years before moving to Maine. After serving in the Navy, she had a career as a Certified Public Accountant. Debie had a love for her family and a passion for quilting. Debie was laid to rest next to her deceased husband, Walter Barton, in the Maine Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Augusta, ME. She leaves behind two daughters of Readfield, ME.; three grandchilden. Her father of Norwalk, CT, two sisters Redding, CT,and Stamford, CT, two brothers of Bethel, CT, and Newtown, CT, as well as several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles many cousins and friends. She will be remembered for her kindness, sense of humor, and positive nature.
