Leland Randolph "Randy" Belcher, 63, passed away Oct. 12, 2011, in Louisville, Ky.
Served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War as a Sargeant.
He is survived by a daughter, Amanda, of Tennessee, and one brother, Steve Belcher, of Louisville, Ky.
Proceeded in death by his parents, Novy Belcher and Evelyn "Churchill" Belcher, and a brother Larry N. Belcher.
Graveside Service Monday October 17, 2011 at 10 am at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery (Radcliff). Owen Funeral Home-Jeffersontown is in charge.
